You will be mainly responsible for recruitment and sourcing activities.
You will also participate in the onboarding of new employees.

Your tasks:
- Leading E2E recruitment process:
- Intake meeting: gather candidate requirements from the Hiring Managers,
- Setting up an efficient recruitment strategy,
- Preparing job advertisement: jobads, jobboards, Linkedin & other social media,
- Sourcing candidates for various positions,
- Selecting of the right applicants,
- Participating in recruitment interviews and coordination of the different stages of the process,
- Participating in preparing an adequate remuneration package,
- Extending the offer to candidate, including negotiations,
- Recruiting using ATS system “Avature” and updating it on ongoing basis,
- Internal & external TA communication, including promoting internal recruitment,
- Participating in the onboarding of new hires,
- Participating in training & development process,
- Employer branding activities, to support the METTLER TOLEDO brand.
What You Need to Succeed
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition area (recruitment),
- Proficiency in German and English language (both written & spoken),
- Excellent planning and organizing skills with attention to details,
- Team player, well organized,
- Confidentiality and attentiveness to the protection of personal data (GDPR), as you will be working with HR data,
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
