Talent Acquisition Researcher (Talent Sourcing Specialist)

As a Researcher (Talent Sourcer) you will join the Team of experienced Talent Acquisition professionals.
You will be mainly responsible for recruitment sourcing and CV selection.
This includes learning the market, developing sourcing strategies, and finding high-quality candidates.
Your tasks:
- Candidate Sourcing: identifying passive candidates using various sourcing platforms (eg. LinkedIn, social medias and job boards).
- Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Using searching skills and other advanced sourcing techniques to find niche talent.
- Market Research: providing insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Researching industry developments and salary benchmarks to adjust the hiring strategy.
- Candidate Screening (Initial Stages): Screening candidates based on their profiles and resumes.
- Conducting preliminary outreach (cold emails/messages) to assess candidate interest.
- Talent Mapping: mapping out organizational structures of competitors and industries.
- Developing reports on where to find talent, particularly for hard-to-fill or specialized roles.
- Data Management: maintaining a database of sourced candidates for current and future hiring.
- Tracking sourcing efforts, conversion rates, and other KPIs related to the top-of-funnel activity.
- Participate in other recruitment activities (eg. scheduling meetings with candidates, EB activities etc.).
What You Need to Succeed
- Previous experience as a researcher/ sourcer in talent acquisition domain,
- You have a passion for researching and creativity in ways to find the relevant candidates,
- Excellent English (both written & spoken),
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and diplomacy
- Confidentiality and attentiveness to the protection of personal data (GDPR), as you will be working with HR data,
- Team player, well organized.
