Join Troemner’s Engineering team to design, develop, and maintain electromechanical laboratory instruments. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Product Management, and Production to deliver quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create the layouts for circuit boards. Knowledge of PCA/PCBA, BLDC, and heating devices is required.
- Create and review electrical designs, drawings, and BOMs.
- Maintain design templates and ensure smooth hand-over to production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design issues.
- Collaborate across departments to meet customer and safety requirements.
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in PCB/PCBA design.
- Skilled with CAD (ideally Mentor Graphics), Microsoft Office, and test equipment.
- Knowledge of NEMA and electrical standards.

This position is for a New Jersey unit of Mettler-Toledo named Troemner. We are located about 15 miles from Philadelphia in Thorofare, NJ. Mettler-Toledo acquired Troemner in 2016.
