The Industry Division offers industrial scales in all sizes and formats, terminals and software to control and monitor manufacturing processes. Specialized solutions for formulation, piece-counting and many other applications help to improve productivity and reduce errors.
The candidate will be part of the Telesales Team.
The main responsibilities of the position are:
- Proactive sales of products, consumables, accessories of Industry Division portfolio (weighing systems – bench and floor scales; load cells for industrial applications) via phone and other electronic media (e.g. MS Teams) to a defined list of accounts
- Management of inbound demands (quotations, tenders…) from dedicated target accounts - Provide advice and support to customers via remote communication tools, mainly phone and email. Occasionally also via web sessions
- Use available systems and tools to plan, prepare and drive engagement with the customers, get commitment to buy, negotiate and close successful deals. Record the progress in the sales process in CRM tool
- High School Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's Degree Engineering or equivalent related experience
- At least 2 years of B2B telephone sales experience preferably with a good knowledge of the industrial environment
- Good level of English and knowledge of main Windows Office programs
- Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude
- Based in Milano and neighborhood; possibility to work remotely (10 days/month)
