Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) to support sales activities, account penetration and customer growth.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, understand customer requirements and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Prepare and coordinate customer quotations, proposals, sales documents and follow-up communications. Review customer/user requirements and support technical order reviews and quotation activities.
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments for Field Sales Representatives.
- Manage and follow up on sales opportunities throughout the pipeline to help drive timely closure.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Work with Field Sales, Technical Support, Product Management, Operations and other internal teams to resolve customer issues and support opportunities.
- Qualify target accounts and identify potential business opportunities.
- Develop knowledge of Process Analytics products and services and communicate product value propositions to customers.
- Identify and support upselling and cross-selling opportunities for products, consumables, accessories and services.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in SAP or other CRM systems.
- Coordinate regularly with Field Sales teams to review account strategy, opportunity status and support needs.
- Follow company pricing guidelines, sales processes and policies.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining strong customer service and professional communication.
What You Need to Succeed
- 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service or a related sales role.
- Experience handling inbound/outbound calls and sales opportunities.
- Experience preparing quotations/proposals and maintaining CRM records.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM/SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
