Customer Service Specialist, Temporary

- Send return information to customers to include decontamination forms.
- Reply to emails in shared service inbox in timely manner.
- Transact RMA shipments in CRM on daily basis and send shipping rack to logistics to process
- Assist in answering department phones to help resolve customer issues
- Other duties may be assigned.
- 1-3 years of Customer Service experience in an office/call center environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and data entry. SAP order entry and CRM experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to learn quickly and respond accurately.
- Able to resolve problems through interaction with other departments.
- Able to handle steady volume of incoming requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
