Dynamic and results driven Telesales Account Manager? Join our team! We are seeking a motivated individual to join our sales force as we contact potential customers and present our company's outstanding products and services. With a focus on achieving sales growth both with existing and new customers, we're looking for someone with experience in management of inbound demands from dedicated target accounts.
- Drive sales growth with both existing and new customers.
- Manage inbound inquiries from designated target accounts.
- Proactively sell service contracts via phone and electronic media to a specified list of customer accounts.
- Create quotations based on customer requirements and communicate relevant information effectively.
- Provide high-level sales support by responding to all queries efficiently, professionally, and promptly.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
What You Need to Succeed
- Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic
- Extensive experience in a sales-oriented environment
- Proven track record of working with KPIs and consistently meeting targets
- Strong time management skills
- Significant experience in a telephony environment
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on selling to customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills
