Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Are you ready to elevate your career in hardware asset management? We're looking for a Hardware Asset Expert to help optimize our asset processes and enhance employee experiences!

Key Responsibilities:

Process Ownership (40%):

Define and maintain hardware asset management strategies.
Develop comprehensive policies and self-service guidance to support IT Hardware Asset Management efforts.
Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and stay ahead of industry trends.

Project Delivery (40%):

Facilitate hardware asset management projects, monitoring progress and managing escalations.
Oversee the development and maintenance of our tracking system for accurate inventory and compliance.
Provide insightful KPI reporting to stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles.

Continuous Improvement (20%):

Enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and automation.
Drive initiatives that improve the end-user experience throughout the IT asset lifecycle.
Foster a culture of transparency and governance in hardware asset management.

What You Need to Succeed

Solid experience in hardware asset or inventory management (min. 2 years).
Fluent communication in English and excellent presentation skills.
Strong understanding of hardware asset life cycles and supply chain methods and processes; from purchase through disposal. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
Familiarity with tools like Flexera, ServiceNow, and PowerBI would be a nice-have.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Previous experience successfully managing multiple projects and tasks.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects.
