- Support sales in term of application, chemical reaction and offer suitable instrument for customer.
- Onsite installation and training Analytical instrument to customer.
- Develop, improve project and finalize before handover to the customer.
- Consulting, solving problem and suggestion for laboratory instrument both of onsite and online.
- Being able to work under high pressure.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Science, Chemistry is preferable.
- Experience in technical support 1-3 years in Analytical Instrument are preferable.
- Excellence in communication and presentation skills and logical thinking skills.
- Have a good decision and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic character.
- English communication is required.
- Able to use computer especially MS Office, Window, Internet, IT knowledge is advantage (cloud, network, database).
- Able to travel both of upcountry and oversea.
- Have an own car with valid driving license.
