Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a Regional Service Team Leader to lead a team of field-based Service Technicians and drive operational excellence across our service business. This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused leader with a strong technical background who thrives in a fast-paced field service environment.

As Regional Service Team Leader, you will play a critical role in supporting service delivery, developing technician capability, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational targets are achieved.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead, coach and develop a regional team of Service Technicians to deliver outstanding service performance.
Monitor and drive KPI achievement across all areas of service operations.
Provide proactive operational support to technicians and the service back office.
Support service growth by conducting customer site surveys and identifying service and contract opportunities.
Drive technician development, cross-skilling and training initiatives to maximise regional capability and scheduling efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, customer site regulations and quality standards.
Foster a strong team culture focused on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What You Need to Succeed

Proven experience leading or supervising a team of field-based service, engineering or technical professionals.
Experience managing operational performance through KPIs and service metrics.
Strong technical and engineering aptitude.
Customer-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
Ability to manage priorities, resolve issues and drive performance across a geographically dispersed team.
Good understanding of the service lifecycle and the relationship between service and sales activities.
Experience working across multiple product lines or business units.
