Process Analytics is a division within the METTLER TOLEDO Group and a leading provider of analytical measurement systems in chemical, pharma and related industries to improve safety and efficiency of production processes. Our high-quality products are developed and produced at the Urdorf site and sold worldwide by our own METTLER TOLEDO market organizations.
Join our innovative team “New Technology Project” dedicated to developing cutting-edge embedded sensor solutions that drive the future of technology. For the Urdorf location we are looking for a passionate Software Developer 100% (all genders) who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys tackling challenging problems.
In this role, your responsibilities would include:
- You develop and maintain software for embedded sensor systems
- You collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize sensor integration
- You design, implement, and test embedded software modules
- You participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
- You support product validation and debugging activities
What You Need to Succeed
Following requirements are necessary for this role:
- You possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- You have strong programming skills in C/C++ and experience with embedded systems development.
- You have an understanding of sensor technologies and embedded sensor applications.
- Experience in Linux kernel architecture is highly desired.
- Knowledge of AI model building and data science is a plus.
- Knowledge of FPGA design and programming is a plus.
- Furthermore you are fluent in English, and German is a huge advantage.
