• Manage and deliver industrial automation, software integration, and customized solution projects for customers.
• Support pre-sales activities by reviewing requirements, providing technical consultation, and developing solution proposals.
• Coordinate project schedules, stakeholders, vendors, and customer teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop, integrate, and implement applications that address customer operational needs and improve process performance.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, training, and ongoing customer support.
• Ensure project quality, timely completion, proper documentation, and customer satisfaction.
What You Need to Succeed
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, System Control, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical service, system integration, automation, or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, Visual Studio, MS SQL Server, REST API, MQTT, OPC UA, PLC Communication, and Codesys.
- Experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, and technical solution implementation.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
