Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual for this territory who possesses strong engineering logical thinking and exceptional prioritizing skills coupled with a proven ability to execute tasks efficiently. This role demands outstanding communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to drive sales targets, expand market share, and cultivate customer relationships within the assigned region. In addition, experience with SAP and a demonstrated ability to work effectively within system environments are highly desirable. Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales targets and effectively managing customer accounts within the designated territory, strategically prioritizing efforts to maximize impact and time management.
- Aggressively increasing market share through strategic value selling and the development of technical expertise, requiring a strong ability to prioritize key opportunities and focus resources effectively.
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities and adherence to MT KPI structures, while being a collaborative team player capable of prioritizing issues based on urgency and impact for efficient resolution.
- Proactively managing existing accounts and maintaining accurate, up-to-date sales pipelines, with a focus on prioritizing follow-ups, nurturing high-potential leads, and managing time effectively. Experience in utilizing CRM or SAP systems for account and pipeline management is a plus.
- Strategically establishing new accounts by identifying potential customers and implementing efficient sales call schedules, demanding excellent prioritization to target the most promising leads and optimize outreach. Familiarity with using systems for lead tracking and management is beneficial.
- Clearly and persuasively presenting product and technical information to both potential and existing customers, prioritizing the communication of key features and benefits aligned with identified customer needs. The ability to accurately input and retrieve information from product and customer systems (including SAP if applicable) is important.
- Providing expert consultative selling of MT's product solutions and applications by thoroughly understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services, requiring the ability to prioritize viable solutions based on technical feasibility and potential return. Experience with system-based configuration or quoting tools is advantageous.
- Actively engaging in marketing activities to expand market awareness of MT's products and services and effectively managing projects and customer relationships to generate leads and increase opportunities within the territory, with a focus on prioritizing marketing initiatives that offer the highest potential for lead generation and opportunity creation. Experience in tracking marketing activities and leads within a system (e.g., SAP CRM) is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering (preferred: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field demonstrating strong logical reasoning principles).
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of progressive working experience in technical sales or a customer-facing role with significant technical product exposure. Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment is highly advantageous.

- Exceptional Prioritization Skills: Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize strategically, and execute efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Technical & System Skills:
- Engineering Proficiency: Solid understanding of engineering principles, with the ability to interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints, and perform basic engineering-related troubleshooting.
- SAP Proficiency: Experience working with SAP or other relevant Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for sales order processing, customer relationship management, or inventory management is highly desirable.
- System Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within various software and system environments, including CRM platforms.
- Digital Literacy: Proficient in using MS Office Suite, basic AI platforms for productivity enhancement, and basic video content creation for communication and marketing purposes.

- Willingness to travel upcountry and/or overseas as required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to their own vehicle.
