Join our Product Operations team as a Business Analyst and become the driving force behind data-powered decision-making. In this role, you'll transform complex data into clear insights that empower leadership to make smarter, faster decisions. You'll connect the dots between operational, financial, and product data to support both daily operations and long-term strategies.

What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain integrated datasets and dashboards connecting operational, product, and financial data to deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to support strategic decisions and continuous performance monitoring.
- Automate reporting processes to increase transparency, reduce manual work, and ensure consistent, scalable data usage across departments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Engineering teams to embed data-driven decision-making and support leadership reviews.
- Uphold reporting standards, ensuring data integrity, validation, and governance while driving ongoing improvements in analytical capabilities and processes.
What You Need to Succeed
- Degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field
- Experience in business analytics, reporting, or data-focused roles
- Experience working with structured data and reporting systems
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Structured problem-solving mindset
