What trends do we see in the laboratory environment? Our customers request higher levels of automation, data driven decision making, and connectivity. With our software solutions we are connecting many of our customers’ laboratories today to provide them with above mentioned values.
The Role
You will lead the drive for connectivity, automation and software solutions for Mettler Toledo's Lab instrument portfolio. You will work closely with our field and telesales reps in pre-sales discussions and demonstrations. You will also work closely with the Nordic software specialist with respect to delivery of post sales software method development and customer training.
This position can be in Stockholm or in Copenhagen, Denmark.
You will also help plan and deliver customer webinars as well as help prepare internal and external training videos.
As an integral part of the lab team you will also work closely with the lab management team to align GTM strategy for our software product lines, with significant focus on LabX software.
The Product
Mettler Toledo's LabX software is a unique platform software solutions. I helps our customer both reduce steps in complex processes and improve productivity in conjunction with our automation solutions. LabX sits as a high end lab execution system to help facilitate improvement of paper customer processes and move them into an electronic data process.
What You Need to Succeed
Key Skills
- Scientific (preferably lab related) degree
- Knowledge of processes like HPLC, IC, Spectrophotometry
- Passion for software (either personal and/or professional)
- Experienced in B2B CAPEX Sales
- Experience of building and executing business plans
- Must be interested in collaborating & networking with experience in communicating with a wide variety of internal stakeholders
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate across all level of experience within customers (technical, financial, directors)
- Must have English with a Nordic language (advantageous)
