您的工作职责

Define, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for weighing sensor systems (electronics, firmware, signal processing, and connectivity).
Design test cases covering functional, performance, and reliability criteria on individual components and the entire system.
Develop and integrate automated functional and performance tests into embedded software and hardware validation processes.
Conduct functional and performance testing of network communication, including protocol conformance and fault scenarios
Build and maintain automated test pipelines in Azure DevOps to support CI/CD workflows.
Assist in validating high-speed signal acquisition, digital filtering, and measurement accuracy under varying environmental conditions.
Support electronics and mechanical system verification together with subject matter experts, bringing in best practices for test execution
Work closely with software architects, software, electronics and requirements engineers to identify the test strategy and critical aspects to cover
Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation, procedures, and reports for traceability and future reference.
Recommend and implement improvements to test methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.

您的成功要素

Experienced test engineering with proven track record, at minimum senior level (MUST).
Knowledge of firmware development, RTOS (e.g., Zephyr), and real-time system performance validation (MUST)
Programming skills in Python, C#, or C/C++ for test automation scripting and tool development (MUST)
Proficient in tools such as Azure DevOps for automated build and test pipelines (MUST)
Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and simulation-based testing (PLUS)
Knowledge of real-time computer networks (PLUS)
Familiarity with Business Agility principles and the SAFe framework (PLUS).
