In this role, your responsibilities would include:
• Provide high level Global Technical Support remotely from IMSG.
• Work directly from Support Tool and in close collaboration with the GMS team in Switzerland.
• Operation of complete Support Tool including Triage, Assignment of cases and status updation.

and Applications where applicable.
• Provide field service support and expertise to LabTec field service personnel on assigned equipment
throughout the products lifecycle. Should be viewed as a ‘Trusted Advisor’
• Communicate, document and manage regional product related issues with the sales, TAC, Service, and
Quality departments as required on a regular basis with the MO's and respective PO's to resolve customer

• Provide correct and timely feedback on non-conformance issues for quality enhancements, new product
development and technical bulletins.
• Prioritize, schedule, and track open service issues to resolution.
• Develop and strengthen coordination with the Support team in Switzerland for quick response.
• Complete assigned tasks such as testing of equipment in timely manner.

What You Need to Succeed
• You must have a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in instrumentation Engineering/Electronics Engineering with at
least three years of relevant professional experience in the service field for analytical or weighing instruments.
• Demonstrate abilities to troubleshoot electronics, electrical systems and mechanical assemblies.
• Experience in supporting precision and analytical instruments. Hands-on with various analytical instruments,
demonstrating both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
• Familiarity with Mettler Toledo laboratory products is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of interfacing, connectivity, and networking concepts (DHCP, IP address, DNS). Familiarity
with software development is a plus.
• Ability to thoroughly analyze and understand end-to-end customer workflow requirements.
• You should have a problem solving nature and be eager to provide out of box solutions with structured,
efficient, and proactive work approach. Capable of independently researching and proposing solutions,
collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy.
• Team player, able to integrate well across diverse groups; experience in a matrix organization is highly
preferred. Strong intercultural understanding since you will work in a global team with worldwide exposure.
• This role is lab-based. Willingness to travel internationally primarily for training purposes if needed.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English - any other language is a plus.
