Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

To grow MTIN business profitably in co-ordination with internal stakeholders by ensuring on time execution of customer requirements, business KPI reporting and process improvements.
(I) Functional Initiatives: -
Drive Excellence in Billing Team:
1. Improvise the SVC Billing Process
2. Drive Automation project for Service billing process"
1. Improvise the SAM & SVC Billing Process
2. Drive Automation project for SAM & SVC billing process
(II) Operational Initiatives: -
1) Ensure that SVC Invoices ready for billing are booked within one day, and update remarks for any unbilled cases promptly.
2) Daily review of the Billing Due list and proactively follow up with the respective team members to address any Service Orders pending for billing, ensuring remarks are updated accordingly.
3) Daily review the Payment tracker and ensure that Invoice details are updated within one day following the booking of each invoice.
4) Daily review new SVC orders for Billing Plan management and ensure to take action within one day for revenue recognition.
5) Ensure to share MIS reports as per timelines
(II) Process Improvement:-
1) Continuously identify opportunity to reduce lead time and improvise on customer satisfaction.
2) Lead and execute the identified project for improvements
(IV) Compliance:-
1) Ensure maintaining of documents and record keeping as per SOP
2) Support Internal & ISO Audit
Key Behavioral Attributes:
Candidate has to be a Good Team Player with high achievement orientation.
Excellent knowledge of SAP, Microsoft – Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio.
Candidate should possess good communication skills, team spirit.
Candidate must have good interpersonal skills and high achievement orientation.
Candidate should have ability to establish and develop a functional rapport with Customers and with Business Area Managers / Sales and Service personnel in MITN.
Basic knowledge of GST is must.

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications :-Graduate in any Stream from a reputed college (Professional Degree in SCM is desirable)
Experience :- Around 6 to 10 years of experience in Sales Administration / Commercial department having ERP Background ( SAP SD module )
