✔️ Do you have educational background in natural sciences (chemistry, biology, etc.)?
✔️ You have worked or are working in laboratory?
✔️ You feel comfortable in communication in English both written and spoken?

We invite you to the team in which your main responsibilities will include:
- Support of European internal and external customers on laboratory pH meters, low-end density and refractometers as well as low-end titrators (electrochemistry instruments) via telephone and email in English,
- Support of worldwide internal customers on the same articles via email in English,
- Tests of new and improved hardware and software,
- Tests of existing hardware and software to evaluate quality issues,
- Creation and maintenance of helpful tools for customers (e.g. documents about measuring theory, applications or handling of a certain product),
- Proofread of pH Lab documents (manuals, brochures, etc.) ,
- Collaborate with Market Support Group in Switzerland,
- Support marketing operations as a Technical Application Consultant.
What You Need to Succeed
- Educational background in natural sciences (biotechnology, bioengineering, chemistry, biology, or similar),
- Experience of working in a scientific laboratory (min. 6 months),
- Fluent communication in English (min. C1), both oral and written,
- Ability to friendly and comprehensively communicate with our B2B customers via e-mail and phone ,
- Ability to work independently and continuously according to given processes,
- Knowledge of standard PC office software such as MS Office.
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in other languages (especially German or French),
- Experience in working with analytical instruments, i.e. with pH meters,
- Customer service experience would also be an asset.
