AP Accountant Junior with Italian

We are looking for a motivated Junior AP Accountant to support our AP Team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to develop their accounting skills while contributing to daily accounting activities and month-end closing processes across multiple reporting units.
Your main tasks:
- Processing documents in SAP VIM on various exceptions for various units Interfaces ,
- Posting of IC invoices,
- Closing AP books and completing AP account reconciliation,
- Preparing automatic and manual payments,
- Performing intercompany payables process including netting and vendor account reconciliation,
- Managing generic mailbox ,
- Bank data confirmation process in English and Italian.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent professional experience in a related field,
- Very good knowledge of English and Italian (speaking and writing, minimum B2 is a must),
- Numerical and analytical skills,
- Ability to ask correct questions and find good solutions❓,
- Proficiency in self-managing tasks and consistently completing them within established timeframes,
- Good communication skills to collaborate with customers,
- Attention to details.
