AP Accountant Assistant with English (Mandatory Contract)

You will be supporting our AP Team in daily accounting activities and month-end closing of various reporting units.
- Processing documents in SAP VIM on various exceptions for various units Interfaces .
- Posting of IC invoices.
- Closing AP books and completing AP account reconciliation.
- Preparing automatic and manual payments.
- Performing intercompany payables process including netting and vendor account reconciliation.
- Managing generic mailbox .
- Bank data confirmation process in English.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
- Very good knowledge of English (speaking and writing, minimum B2 is a must).
- Numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to ask correct questions and find good solutions❓.
- Proficiency in self-managing tasks and consistently completing them within established timeframes.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with customers.
- Attention to details.
