Your Role: As Field Sales Representative you will have full responsibility for managing and developing assigned market segments and your main activities will be:
- Creating and executing sales strategies tailored to market needs and company goals.
- Analyzing the market and defining sales development directions based on your own research and the Company data.
- Managing the sales budget and monitoring financial results.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Overseeing the sales process and collaborating with the team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Coordinating sales activities in cooperation with the inside sales team, tele sales, and other product divisions within the company.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor`s degree (mechanical, automation, electronics) or proven experience in these technical fields.
- Experienced B2B sales professionals, eager to take full ownership of their sales territory and market.
- Experience in selling in the industrial sector is an advantage.
- Result-oriented individuals with a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to independently analyze market data and draw conclusions.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills for sales activities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Very good command of English, both oral and written;
- Hungarian language is a must.
