Talent Sourcing Specialist

- Collaborates with recruitment team and posts all position requisitions to agreed-upon sites.
- Assists with researching recruitment resources and applicable organization memberships for job postings for both.
- Assists in sourcing, screening and shortlisting relevant profiles for respective assigned positions for all divisions.
- Collaborates with and supports the recruiting team on the achievement of Affirmative Action goals through job postings and continuous research of new resources.
- Research, schedules career fairs with appropriate staff as a source to generate qualified applicants.
- Responsible tracking employee referrals and ensuring that qualifications are met for payment.
- Schedules interviews & debrief meetings with the hiring team (including the recruiter).
- Distributes and tracks all pre-employment contingencies for new hires. This includes tracking of the background check, and other pre-employment activities.
- Processes invoices that may generate from recruitment, pre-employment or onboarding activity.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
What You Need to Succeed
- Having 2-3 years relevant experience in talent/profiles sourcing expertise
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Recruiting or Human Resources activities.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of hiring applicant tracking system is preferred.
- Experience and expertise working with HR Systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented excellent follow-through, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Continuous improvement approach towards work processes.
- Must be able to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work with all levels of employees.
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.
