Regional Market Manager - Laboratory

- Communicate SBU vision, values, and strategy regionally and translate into local annual marketing plans, including product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Market Organizations (MOs) as the main liaison between headquarters and local markets.
- Analyze local market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide insights and guidance to MOs
- Monitor MOs performance metrics to inform market strategies that meet business goals and revenue targets.
- Maintain expertise in pH Lab value selling, marketing tools, and SBU product communications.
- Facilitate best practice sharing among MOs and support marketing communications such as testimonials and success stories.
- Provide feedback from local markets to influence product development, training, marketing campaigns, and strategy.
- Manage administrative tasks including regular management reporting and budgeting for country visits and SBU meetings.
What You Need to Succeed
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- Proven track record in market management, business development, sales, marketing or product management
- English: fluent in writing and spoken. Other 'Asian' languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel and stay in the role for some years (at least 3 years)
- Broad application knowledge and understanding of marketing communication specific KPIs
