- Engage in six impactful, three-month assignments across Digital Business Services and key business areas such as Product Management, Sales, and Market Organizations.
- Drive digital initiatives focusing on applications, infrastructure, data analytics, AI solutions, and business transformation to boost productivity and enhance customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams to harmonize processes and deliver innovative digital solutions.
- Take ownership of strategic projects that deepen your business acumen and sharpen your ability to solve complex digital challenges.
- Work closely with mentors and global leaders who will guide and support your development throughout the program.
- Embrace an international assignment to gain cross-cultural experience and build a global professional network.
What You Need to Succeed
- A Master’s degree in Informatics, STEM, or related fields.
- Practical experience or internships in the digital domain.
- A passionate, results-driven mindset with strong learning agility and a proactive attitude.
