- Manage CMS web pages including content creation, documentation uploads, and translation processes.
- Identify, report, and follow up on website faults and bugs.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to enhance user experience with creative ideas.
- Administer digital tracking codes and assist in performance measurement using tools like Site Catalyst.
- Coordinate online content preparation with relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the technical creation and execution of the divisional email marketing program.
- Support digital communication strategy development to engage consumers.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including content coordination, scheduling, and reporting.
- Optimize video hosting platforms such as YouTube.
- Perform other duties in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.
What You Need to Succeed
- Good English language and copywriting skills are essential.
- Experienced in Marketing Communications with a focus on website management.
- Knowledge of B2B digital marketing processes and experience of content management systems is highly desirable
- Strong networking, project management and communications are skills required
