Required Key Skills & Competencies

• Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Strong strategy and project management skills, proven negotiation skills in an international environment
• Proven experience in R&D, supply chain management, consulting, field application engineering or related field
• Ability to deal with complex initiatives and to lead through persuasion on all levels and cultures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with proven record of successfully presenting to all levels of a global organization
• Open-minded and engaged personality
• Independent working method and proactive communication skills
• Solid financial acumen and strong analytical skills
• Proficient user of MS Office and IT savvy in general
• Increased international travel required during onboarding phase, afterwards (approx. 15%)
• Ability to communicate ideas and push them through without having the authority to give directives

• Mentoring and consulting of local internal stakeholders
• Working on strategic level and executing the strategy with the responsible Category Managers and Sourcing Engineers
  

Required Experience

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in R&D, supply chain management, consulting, field application engineering or related field in a global matrix driven organization with familiarity in end-to-end processes 
• Experience in strategy development and implementation, negotiation, contracting, or procurement and/or dealing with Marketing/Communications stakeholders and suppliers would be considered an advantage
