We are seeking a Junior Sales Administration Specialist to join our Customer Operations Department and help us deliver exceptional customer service!
If you prefer to work in the back office and have a sharp eye for detail, we want YOU to join our growing team!
You'll be responsible for:
- Solving customer queries and providing support via email .
- Creating and correcting invoices to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring the resolution status .
- Creating quality notifications for our Logistics Team to ensure seamless operations .
- Ensuring database integrity by correcting data stored in the SAP system.
- Sorting out order-related queries and obstacles internally and externally.
- Being part of the continuously improving society by identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement projects .
What You Need to Succeed
- Fluency in English and Polish (min. C1 level) .
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Outlook).
- Strong focus on details.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
Nice to have:
- First professional experience.
- Knowledge of SAP.
